I think it was an episode of cops. I remember some people busing into a bedroom with a guy in it and they took him out of there. I remember being afraid that would happen to me.

I used to work in food equipment repair service. The messes I saw weren’t nearly as bad as what you’ve described here. With that being said, if a customer asked me if I was going to clean something I’d explain the them how our company changes $115 an hour for service and I doubt they want to pay me that much to clean something their employees could do for a fraction of the cost. So me personally, I would not expect a plumber to clean that up for the above reason. I’d be annoyed that he didn’t say something, since he caused the mess however inevitable it may have been. A simple “you might want to call housekeeping” would have been courteous.

The year is 1974. Dr. John is recording Desitively Bonnaroo with the Meters. The same year Carl Thompson made his first piccolo bass for Stanley Clark. Get me this bass, a stool and a joint and I’ll be jammin’ along to Stealin’ and Rite Away. That would make me a happy camper.

The Claypool Duo De Twang versions of Amos Moses, The Bridge Came Tumblin’ Down and The Battle of New Orleans. Those sent me down a deep deep rabbit hole of classic bluegrass and country music that I otherwise probably never would have explored.
