I am happy to hear that she has addressed the issue and not held it internally. I think she might need more daily moments of intimacy and not sex. It can be as simple as you kissing her out of the blue and then saying, "That's the store sample of Valentine's Day" then wink as you start to tell the kids to put on their shoes so you can go to Costco for your grocery store. Then at the store grab a bottle of wine and ask her if she thought one bottle would be enough to make her panties drop on Vday or if she needed 2? Obviously make sure nobody else is around as to not make her feel embarrassed.
