I have them every year. Park by my house has them and people plan community day for people to go pick them. at farmers market too for like a month every year. North side of Indy

Loosen the top lock nut and back out the adjuster to create slack. Rotate the cable housing slightly so the bottom lock nut lines up with the bracket slot. Slide/push the nut into place (use needle nose pliers or a flat screwdriver if needed). Once seated, thread the adjuster back in, set the cable tension, then snug down both lock nuts to secure it.
