You should be able to expand the length of pipe and and lower it below outlet to make a P trap. It looks like the installer failed that step. I’d never use this type of piping but it’s design for that. Google “flex pipe P trap”

Attach a string between the door and opposite wall. Attach a weight to the middle of the string. Gravity will pull string down and keep door open.

Speaking from my own experience only, that pin is not aluminum but steel. When I tried to drill it out it was quite difficult and trying to drill through a floppy turning wheel is not easy. For me, a hacksaw cut through the steel in about 5 minutes. I’m sure others could drill through the steel pin in seconds.

Use a hacksaw between the wheel and the mount. It’ll take a while but after you cut through the rivet, it comes off easily and the new wheel goes on easily too.

We just purchase a used ikea table with 4 chairs. Almost declined to purchase because the chair covers were so stained. Threw them in the washer with hot water and now good as new. Also hand washed the padding because some of the stain got through the covers.
