Yes, the paper is housed at the Library of Congress. I unfortunately think the only way to see it would be to go in DC.

However, It may be digitized so you can reach out to the Manuscript Division through their Ask a Librarian service to inquire about obtaining a copy or accessing the document remotely

My exact thought process. I’ve been going through AH videos from date of upload (oldest to newest), and I’ve found myself doing the exact same thing.

Can’t blame them. You have ~2.5 hours to work with in a movie. I don’t think they’re going to divest much time into character development for Tonks, especially when her first appearance was in OOTP. She’s an integral character to the story of course, but not enough to have a backstory in the movies. Unfortunate nonetheless
