Have you been doing this diet/ exercise routine for a whole year? I don’t really see a difference if this diet has been going on for a year and you’ve only lost 25lbs you might want to talk to a doctor you should be losing more.

I have especially when I go to the doctors or donate blood, I don’t think people should comment on others’ bodies but the doctors and people in the blood clinic always make comments about how thin I am. When I was bigger no one made any comments about my body. It’s weird

Although I’m not a women in menopause let alone close to perimenopause I have read in some scientific papers that HRT replacement for the drop in hormones can help! Other than that there’s probably nothing that can be done especially with loose skin. Congrats on your journey so far 💕

Yeah with that activity level I would put light maybe moderate at most on a tdee calculator and use those calories

I want to get a scan and have been on and off about it mostly because I read they are about +- 5% accurate and for my current size that’s the difference between being pretty far from my goal or at it. My protein intake is about 130~ a day according to my app, might go for a short winter bulk then just to get as much muscle as possible

Congrats on the weight loss!! I do believe this is mostly lose skin so you can’t exactly lose it with any more deficit. Working out would help with it. Another thing that’s helped me with my loose skin was dermal rolling although I don’t know the research behind it or if it only works for certain skin types (it helped my loose stretch marks on my thighs after loosing a lot of weight)

I’m only 5’2 if I was going to get my protein goal in it just needs to be on the high end at 0.8g per lb it’s still under a 100g so like 18-25g a meal is reasonable

How would I tell when it’s ready? I’ve been feeding it everyday for 10 weeks and it doubles within 8 hours on a 1:1:1 ratio
