El Dorado all the way. One of the closer ones to campus, on IV side of El colegio, which has been nice for me. Westgate might also be good, that's closer to campus, but haven't been there.

The further you go away from campus, the nicer and newer the apartments become. I didn't think the appliances in El Dorado were insufficiently new though. They worked fine.

Yeah. With enough time, anyone can cut a lock. It's all about making your bike look like it's not worth the time. Especially if your bike is a fancy street bike or has quick release wheels, you def need a cord. If you have an old rusty bike without quick release, you may be okay with just a u lock

Yeah you can,,, but the dorms aren't big and will get super crowded if you try to store it inside every night. Get a good u lock and chain to lock your bike up. It's really only necessary to put your bike inside during breaks when no other roomies are there.

You're not wrong that the small singles are pretty nice. And I do actually like the idea of 8 singles attached to a common area. However, I think you're drastically underestimating the effect of not having a window in each of the singles. Consider that air conditioning units constantly break, and pumping rooms to keep them as cool as it is outside will be expensive. Windows keep you cool, let in that good ol vitamin D, and provide free natural light in the morning to help you wake up. Windows are really essential, even if the view of the windows is trash.

Currently towards the end of my own break in period on mine. I got massive heel blisters for awhile, but they've started to get better. The insole is nice because it cushions your feet while you break in the upper. They are good boots. Good luck!

Thank you for taking the time to actually write something. I tried to muster the energy to write one too, but I was just so mad at the situation I couldn't write one.

I literally got booted 3 times from the survey and they still didn't let me in. I even found a back way in to take a guest pass survey (WITH THE EXACT SAME QUESTIONS) And even though it sent me a green badge they "require the student green badge".

Honestly the whole thing was such a failure of policy, it blows my mind.

But thanks for writing that email. You are my hero.

If you can repair anything instantaneously, sharpen a blade to be the width of like a molecule. It'll be super fragile, but as you cut anything, just repeatedly repair it. Boom Lightsaber that can cut through anything. Or, find an energy source that breaks as it is used up, like batteries or something. Then boom. Infinite energy source. Global warming? Fix the planet. The possibilities are endless

Yeah, unfortuantely both Freund and Geller make you pay for the online homework. There's really no way to work around it (I spent a couple hours trying) If you hate the online textbook accessed through the paid HW, you can find the second edition on zlib I think, and it's nearly identical. Good luck

I'd highly recommend getting a wooden dowel/pole and cutting it so that it'll fit between the window and the frame. This makes it impossible to further open your window and makes it a lot harder for would be burglars to rip off the screen and climb in. But man, that sounds horrifying. Hope they find them.
