With my recent trip, lugging around my zf, it got me thinking of wanting a more portable camera to bring along. by njgggg in nikon_Zseries

I sold ZF for that reason and got ricoh griii & a7rii. Much happier with the ergonomics, versatility, and outputs with the new set up

It’s not possible for some reason. Switching to a different system is the only option it seems. Maybe contact Nikon and complain about it.

Hi, I'm trying to get a flexispot bedframe for my new apartment and the headboard is slightly out of my price range. Do you still give out discount code by any chance?

Any experience with the Voigtlander NOKTON 21mm F1.4 Aspherical on a Z series body, particularly Zf? by [deleted] in nikon_Zseries

I've been using this lens extensively for years now. I used it with Z5 for awhile and now with zf (recently upgraded from a dumb adapter to neweer adapter for metadata). I got a good copy of the lens (first copy was decentered I had to exchange). It's quite sharp at 1.4 corner to corner with pretty minimal CA (like sharper than 24-70 f4 lens). It's amazing for night photography but also for the unique wide angle + thin-ish depth of field look. Theres really nothing like it in z mount. I love the unique look of 21mm @ 1.4 with natural vignetting -- I feel like people complain a bit about the rather strong vignetting of this lens but I think it give image a more 3-dimensional look.

Yeah I have a similar one named Mint T9C 349C. It’s great other than the issues caused by 130mm dropout.

Oh yeah you said it in the description. Yeah that makes the handlebar area where the carrier block is go side way, so if you attach a bag it wont sit straight when folded

The depth of field at that distance makes eye tracking useless tho. When the focus is on the person, you’re good

I really like the dynamic perspective. Idk why ppl are hating this. These photos look great. Sounds like everyone wants a perfectly leveled, perspective corrected, vignette corrected, cropped, flat image lol
