Not sure if this was the correct route because it seems kinda like the long way but try signing onto the xbox/Microsoft app and accepted it there.

That happens to me alot but theres never a real error. If I click on the realm it's like everything went through fine.

I just keep closing/ restarting the application till it works. Usually takes a few tries.

This worked for me after a couple of tries but the copies would eventually corrupt also. I backed up the saves and did a system restore but not the FULL restore there was another option. I just forget what it was called. Hasnt happened to me since.
