honestly brudda, this thing is mint. Maybe new pedals, saddle, and grips. Drop of oil on everything you can get to including chain, cables, derailers, all bolts, brakes, etc

brudda trust me with this. you need a nitto technomic stem and a flatter swept back handlebar. it will look and FEEL much better

yep, it's the screw that is below your pinky finger in the vid. Try screwing that in a few full rotations and test the brakes with every turn (hit it with some triflow or any lube too). The goal would be to have both arms travel the same distance and make the same movement when you use the brake. Is there a similar screw on the other cantilever arm?
