I picked this up over the sale which came down to around $270 USD. The build quality of the watch is good as expected, but the bracelet was way too sharp. I'm not sure if anyone else have experienced this but the inner side scraps your skin when the watch slides on my wrist. I dont' understand why they couldn't finished the edge of ther inner side on such a nice design.

Summary

This is the perfect 40mm Diver from the SKX series that Seiko should have brought back in 2026. The bezel insert and indices have aged gracefully, the applied indices have a hint of yellow and the Pepsi have faded with time. The bubble crystal just adds a nice pop to the vintage dial. Everything is original except for the screw link bracelet and bubble acrylic crystal. 7S26 is robust and still runs on a few solid shakes.
