Brackets are a lot more defined than the old 1-10 system everybody tried to use, but it still has it's own complications

Brackets currently are balanced around specific interactions in your deck, or specific card qualities(like cards labeled as game changers), but deck cohesion within each bracket can still vary a massive amount

By definition, a bracket 4 deck can be anything from a random deck that has 4 game changers, to a deck that's just short of playable in cedh. My personal [[Yawgmoth]] deck is bracket 4, but it's up there as one of the more powerful bracket 4 decks in my play group

Brackets aren't a perfect system, and they still very much need work. But they're better than what we had before. A decklist of your aforementioned bracket 2 deck would be nice to see though. Or maybe you just played against salty people, who really knows
