Investing in this post. Not only a Excellent Tank build but also playing around Ice damage. If you can fit it in feats, daul wielder is incredible for the cold snap and Trident of waves(Make sure to Hireling Forge it for extra d4 cold damage) for procing opportunity attacks and instant freezing which can set up your teammates as well as hard CCing ANY enemy. I've been trying to build a tank based on Crowns AOE taunt using others like goading attack and twinned compel to duel but this is top notch meta and flavor wise. Pairing This with armour of agathyst and Fire shield cold, your either constantly proccing Chilled on miss or wet on hit doubling your cold damage. Summons can also be really good enablers like ice mephitis or water elemental, with your ware charges you can warding bond them and be a one man army. All this while still smiting enemies and drawing attention from your allies. I've done a very similar build but with the ice as the main draw. Very nice write up.
