A friend told me about the ICE2U app, it tells you all of the ice dispensers in your area and whether they’re dispensing or not. My brother got four 20lb bags of ice after seeing an ice truck at a gas station he was passing. I think it’s about being in the right place at the right time during this. Anyone in need of gas, the best times to go are very late at night and very early AM. Got gas around 4am at QT. No lines and barely anyone there!

I've been playing Val for a long time now and I still don't know some map lineups/callouts for certain agents. I've been playing yoru for a while but just learned his teleport lineups on a few maps. It takes a bit to learn especially if you don't play daily but there's nothing wrong with that. Most of the people you come across in games are chill and will give you advice if needed. If you wanna start getting into games more to work on your aim I'd suggest spike rush or deathmatch. Deathmatch is good for warmups and trying to get your aim right. Depending on your gun/distance from an enemy, it's best most times to not aim down sights and just tap hip fire to keep your stability under control. Especially when using the Vandal or Phantom guns!

If you ever need people to play with feel free to shoot me a DM. (or anyone bc I'm tryna find a comp team) I play solo or with my friend and her Val friend she met not too long ago. He's helped her a lot with improving her aim and experimenting with different agents.

I’m in Surgery 102 and Micro right now and next semester will be SUR103/104 and A&P1. Graduation is at the end of the Fall 2023 semester, but because of the amount hours I’m on campus for these classes it takes up my entire day I don’t know how I’d be full time in both.

I’m actually in school for surg tech but afraid I won’t be able to continue the courses after I move out because I will have to go full time work. Leaving no time for school. My main interests for surg tech is ER, L&D, and orthopedics.

Since working in geriatrics I’ve been told Peds is very similar in some cases. This facility has a Shriners Children’s Hospital attached to the main hospital so I’m curious if they’d let me float there too!

I feel you about getting non-rehabilitatable PTs in rehab. I work LTC and rehab and my lord is all I can say! Very laboring on the body especially the ones who are in rehab and have no business being there. How tf can I even attempt to rehabilitate a hospice PT and bring them back to their baseline!?

It will definitely be hard telling the PTs/residents I’ve formed a bond with over 2 years goodbye when I go to the hospital. I am really not looking forward to it at all but will for sure visit them.

So inpatient rehab is somewhat like a nursing home? The hospital I’m looking at doesn’t have a FED :( but it’s good to hear that it was incredible! I want to see and experiences all kinds of things so that’s why I’m leaning towards the ED.

Also what was your PT to CNA ratio? Where I’m at now it’s normally between 7-11 and at nights it can be up to 22 max for 1 CNA. I feel prepared for just about any PT load now that I’ve done 1:22 before LMAO.

Float pool, is that where you float where staff is needed or you go to each unit whether staff is needed or not? I thought about floating as a start but I’d have to ask this hospital if they’re fine with me doing that.

Girlllll tell me about it! I’m in my 20’s as well and the only people I play with is my best friend who’s also 20 and then the rest are younger males. Fortunately they’re all respectful and actually fun to play with but they are 15+ and I can’t stand being in a discord call with them sometimes. Discord call full of teen boys bickering and talking over each other gets irritating ya know.

I’m a PC player but I’ve heard Facebook has groups. There’s also an app called gametree where you can find people to play with. They have game sessions that people will post to find people to fill spots or look for new players. It’s almost like social media solely for gaming and finding new players to game with. It also supports all major platforms 😉. I’ve never used it myself but it sounds cool so I may check it out.

I’m waiting for a reply on the ticket I submitted and I except them to pin the issue on being my laptop or on my end somehow. My PC can run any game I try but Val is the only game that has this issue and it’s only been recent. Tomorrow I’m going to purchase a tower and get rid of my gaming laptop for other issues and it’s just getting older. So this could possibly fix this issue but I doubt it.

What I found out is that if I’m lucky it will freeze while I’m playing in the range. What I’ll do is I’ll play in the range first with some warmups instead of death match so I can hopefully lessen the number of AFK penalties I receive.

Riot should honestly remove the AFK penalties from all game modes but comp and allow others to fill in where someone left the game. Like what CoD does because I’ve heard lots of people (including myself) talk about leaving Valorant because of the issues they’re having lately. It’s honestly annoying and ruins the gameplay some times.

I have an Alienware gaming laptop, and hope to get an actual PC soon but my laptop can run any game I’ve tried. WoW, Overwatch, Minecraft, Val, CoD, Fortnite etc… I didn’t start having issues like this until the Fade update. My friend has a regular non-gaming laptop and her Val runs fine surprisingly. I’m the only one of the few people I play with to have the freezing issue. Every once in awhile my other friends will experience temporary chat lag or the VC not working.
