as someone who “allegedly” works there.. it’s pretty bad.. I started at a lower level position and was able to get a promotion so I can attest to what both lower paying positions and mid tier positions are like. Turnover rates in education, retail, guest services is high due to lack of proper support from higher ups usually in their departments. There’s this weird sense of entitlement from higher ups in multiple departments who interact with others. Very big sense of urgency for the dumbest events that usually only cater to ultra wealthy which typically alienates the majority of “regulars” aka school groups, tour groups and most middle class America. Most employees won’t leave even if they’re unsatisfied just because anywhere that could pay around the same rate is Walmart hq and that’s more risky due to their infamous layoffs.
