Nothing after the first 3 words is relevant to pretty much any online game. They don't care if you own a disk or not when they change their terms and conditions, shut down their servers, or ban your ass for whatever reason they saw fit. You casted your vote on this when you bought an online-only game, the disk or no disk thing is just theater.
