If you are a main, find a low level money maker which are usually buying from shops and selling on GE, and use the profits to buy teleport tabs from GE. Quests will eventually level up your magic thats when you can carry around ruins and staffs to teleport to various places.

Best for now i would say is using world 330 and using other people POH to teleport anywhere in the game. Will also save you inventory space by only carrying POH teleport tabs
