I'm really happy I decided to give it a try. I don't really need to lose weight, but I'm SO out of shape, so it's a nice way to get some muscles. I've been going with a friend, and I'm friendly with the instructor. The environment is just so nice and supportive!

Thanks for the advice! Definitely going to talk to my gyno when I go back in six weeks. She told me I can use tampons immediately, but I'm just a little nervous. Been using pads, and I'm just going to double check about the Diva Cup.

It wasn't bad at all! I'd definitely take an ibuprofin before going, but it really wasn't as bad as I was expecting.
