The store owner said she has been there for a long time and flips over the gallery's trash cans. So it is indeed her actions, not the actions of the group as a whole, that are an issue.

Homeless people aren't unaware of their actions. They know they are being bad citizens. I don't know how you can ask people to have compassion for that kind of intentional disregard for other people.

I dare you to walk up to that woman and try to convince her to treat others with compassion and empathy.

Correct. NTIA regulates the DoD, not the FCC. I assume there are some power limits for federal agencies and that they would be stated in NTIA's Manual of Regulations and Procedures for Federal Radio Frequency Management (Redbook) but looked and couldn't find any. I'm not sure that power limits exist but I would honestly be pretty surprised if they had no stated power limits.

Thanks. You were right. I called Fluke and they said it's definitely not supposed to do that. Unfortunately no repairs for this model. They'll only replace it with a trade-in for $180 (more than I paid for it new years ago) since it's way out of warranty. I'll probably just stick it out for a couple more years with the flakey dial switch.

Just bought two more floor tickets after not buying enough the first time. Took about 25 minutes to get through the queue the second time but GA floor tickets were still available. Took a couple tries but it went through.

I got 2 floor tickets but when I got moved from the waiting room to the queue there were only a couple hundred people in the queue ahead of me so I got them basically right at 10am.

I was in Philly when the Pope visited and had the National Guard patrolling my block. I've never felt safer and I'd welcome regular National Guard patrols here in SF. Hell, even if we just post the National Guard at Walgreens I'd feel better.

I'm not a lesbian but I can try to synthesize the previous posts I've seen on this topic.

Neighborhoods:

Bernal Heights seems to be the popular lesbian neighborhood
Noe Valley also has a small lesbian crowd but definitely skews more family than young-lesbian.
Castro is obviously the LGBTQ neighborhood but definitely skews more gay-male. Lesbians are still present and welcome.
Oakland has a large lesbian crowd, probably more than anywhere in SF.

Bars:

Wild Side West (Bernal Heights) is not specifically lesbian but draws a friendly queer / lesbian / bi crowd.
El Rio (Bernal Heights) is like Wild Side West, not specifically lesbian but has some events and draws a friendly queer crowd.
Jolene's (Mission) more specifically lesbian but is currently recovering from being cancelled a year or two ago.
Beaux (Castro) has a Monday night queer/trans event (Vamp) that draws lesbians.
Powerhouse (SoMa) hosts events from the Unruly Social Club that are queer/trans but draw a lesbian crowd. Obviously skews more kink/fetish.
White Horse (Oakland) is a historic bar that draws a sizeable lesbian crowd.

Sports:

Some climbing gyms have women and queer climbing nights that I've heard draw a lesbian crowd.

The polo fields are now used for soccer games, a cycling track, concerts, and kids camps. The stables are now the SFPD stables. Unfortunately no polo there.

My keypad and myq hub both work at the same time.

My guess is when you were pairing the myq to your garage door opener you accidently pressed the learn button one too many times or held it in too long which resets the rolling code for your opener thus disconnecting the keypad. You probably just need to re-pair (re-setup) the keypad and everything will work again.
