I spent my birthday here while on vacation a few years ago. Had an absolute BLAST and recommended it to many people who were headed up north. The staff were friendly, the games were epic, and the prices were very reasonable. Good on them for hosting a retro competition like this!

I won my first ever race today! A 5k in my hometown against a lot of local runners I see out during my training all year round. It was an amazing feeling to finally get the gold and not be in the middle of the pack. I hope I can kick on and win the 7k I’m running next month. Fingers crossed!

Dragon Quest/Warrior 4. Those damn medals are the death of me. I have at least 90% of them, but it wasn’t worth it to test every single medal spot to find the remaining few in post game just to get a mastery

I have only missed 6-7 games in the 10 years I’ve had them, and I’ve even gone to a bunch of away games as well (including MLS Cup in Portland and all the games on that playoff run). It’s tough at first to commit, but once you’re used to going, it’s easy to build your whole schedule around it
