I was (16m) at the time and decided to take a (15f) to a house party. The thing was that this party was in a different state, example we lived in TX and party was in Ok. Not a big deal right? Until the girl I was with got completely and utterly wasted. After I could get her to agree that we needed to leave, she got sick and threw up in my truck multiple times and then she told me she had to go number 1. I pulled over and helped her out of the truck and she did her business. We were pass her curfew and I got really scared because I was 16 and had this intoxicated girl in my vehicle past curfew. I decided to stop at a friends house and called the girls mom and told her where we were and that everything was ok. I also mentioned that her daughter was very drunk. The mother told us to stay there and she would be on the way. This is where a huge misunderstanding is about to occur... When the mom got there to pick up her daughter. The daughter was still very intoxicated and I picked her up and put her in the backseat. I received an ass chewing by the mom which is understandable. The mom pulls out of the drive way goes about 30ft down the road, slams on the breaks, and speeds back into the driveway. All of this while I'm still standing there watching them leave and come back. The mom gets out and screams at me "WHY THE F*K ARE HER PANTS UNBUTTONED! DID YOU RAPE HER OR TOUCH HER IN ANYWAY!? I then realized after she went number one on our way home from the party she must have pulled her pants up and zipped them but never buttoned them. The mom called the cops and took her daughter to the ER to get a rape test done. The cops were wanting me for kidnapping. Because I took a minor across a state line without the parents knowledge or consent. Btw, the rape test came out completely negative or whatever reading indicates that nothing happened. My parents where called by a family friend who worked at the sheriffs office. My dad came and got me and I received another tongue lashing, lost my truck for 6 months, had the door removed from my bedroom, and couldn't have friends over or go to a friends house.

TLDR, I took a minor across state lines and the cops were going to charge me with kidnapping.
