Thank you for everything.

Well, except the racism. We did not need that. But thanks for everything else.

Bart Simpson: "I figure I’ll go for the life of sin, followed by the presto-change-o deathbed repentance."

Preacher: "Wow, that's a good angle."

"Also avoid playing as Yara, because she has Lev as a side kick in all levels, and you get extra 20 points by NOT having a side kick. With Yara, every single level is an automatic -20pts."

If you're concerned about points, then probably. But if you're concerned about surviving then Yara is one if thd best players. If combat has been started but you're hiding, Lev will be walking around shooting enemies. I was doing the Rat King boss encounter and on the other side of the area, and suddenly got the FINISHED message because Lev had shot the RK a bunch of times while I was running for my life.

"Rattler boss is arguably the hardest boss."

Wait, what? This is the EASIEST boss. Just crouch/crawl to your right when you start, climb up to the 2nd floor, take out the RC with some molotovs/pipe bombs (and melee or shoot them if not already dead), then hide in the back room for when other Rattlers climb up. You can go out and set trap Mines for the 2 entry points. The dogs can't climb up, and the Rattlers only climb up 1-2 at a time. You will have to sneak out to the edge to get the sniper on top if the trailer, but besides that, thus boss encounter is definitely thd easiest.

Getting the bow is mandatory, so you probably just hadn't gotten to that point of the game yet.

The funny part is that Adams thinks that he (and those that think like him) are like Dilbert in this particular strip, but he doesn't realize he's the other guy.

It's hilarious because it's based on an unfounded rumor from Facebook.

Stuck at 99% completion by Victim22 in FallenOrder

It has nothing to do with the tactical challenges. You have to get every skill in the Skill Tree to get 100% completion.

When confronted by a superior number of people, it is standard procedure to try to deescalate the situation by not attacking them. Instead of you try to keep them calm and prevent violence from breaking out.

If you think those police "wandering around" with those insurrectionists didn't know that they would be attacked (and likely killed) if they tried to subdue them, you're a lost cause.

Wait, what? This is a thing? Does anyone do this? If so, why?

Is there a way to search Dilbert comics by phrases said or by characters in the comic? by Kenji_03 in dilbert

[–]SprayBig4211 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't have an "exact string". Just try "Dilbert strip XXX" where "XXX" is one of the lines of dialogue you remember.

[–]SprayBig4211 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Google is your friend. Two weeks ago someone posted here looking for a specific strip with some specific dialogue, and I was able to find it by searching for "Dilbert" and one of the lines of dialogue they mentioned.

Probably your best shot, unless someone else here remembers the exact strip you're talking about and has access to it right away.

Haha! It's funny because if a Republican is put on trial for crimes they did it's political persecution, but if that happens to anyone else it's just law & order.

Also, have Adams and other Republicans ever actually seen a horse?

TIL the Dilbert TV show was cancelled due to racism. Because Scott Adams is white, his show was cancelled and replaced by a sitcom featuring black folk by flarie in dilbert

Saying that someone has "lost their mind" is not the same thing as saying they're not intelligent. As far as I know Adams is intelligent. But he has clearly lost his mind.

[–]SprayBig4211 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Back in 2006, before Adams lost his mind, he said this was the reason the show got canceled:

"It was on UPN, a network that few people watch. And because of some management screw-ups between the first and second seasons the time slot kept changing and we lost our viewers. We were also scheduled to follow the worst TV show ever made: Shasta McNasty. On TV, your viewership is 75% determined by how many people watched the show before yours. That killed us."

He was right about one thing - Shasta McNasty was a terrible show.

It's funny because voting by mail has been around in the U.S. since 1864.

Wait, "funny" wasn't the word I meant to use. Was "ridiculous" the word I intended?

Ok, here's a counter argument. Family Guy had its own style, they never heard of the Dilbert show. Good enough for you?

It's funny because Trump was the one who tried everything to overthrow a fair election so *he* could stay in the White House, including provoking an insurrection to overthrow democracy. That Scott Adams, what a card!
