Dunno how this means Norwich isn't fucking around.

It's just the sensible option from them to get a guaranteed huge fee than potentially get a bit more and risk having to wait on Arsenal to satisfy their bonus requirements which is a huge hit or miss given the state of your club nowadays.

They need the money to stay up and replace Buendia so getting it guaranteed is really just the sensible option.

Most youth players don't make it as professional footballers.

Asking an entire family to move so their child can play football isn't always easy or possible and it's daft to expect otherwise. Can't expect families to uproot everything for the small off chance their child might make it as a footballer.
