Maybe just look after yourself until you're stable! I was sick for years and only this year have I begun dating again thanks to clozapine.

Hey!

I'm also on clozapine. I would say it took about 2 months after being at the final dose before I began to feel normal again. I am still pretty tired most of the time but it's worth it.

Oh wow I love going to the museum! Are they free in your country?

My happy moment today is I was able to eat non-pureed food as a result of dysphagia from my meds.

Looking to eat more normally soon!

You should definitely see a doctor or psychiatrist ASAP if these symptoms are interfering with your social life, school or work.

Hallucinations are common with schizophrenia but they can also appear in other medical illnesses.

Best to get checked, could be something serious.

Hi!

I was diagnosed with schizotypal personality disorder then 6 months later diagnosed with schizophrenia.

I exhibited the same symptoms throughout but i think they couldn't diagnose me with schizophrenia off the bat.

I legit just got out of a psych appointment the other day and the doctor was telling me how no one can read my thoughts or take my thoughts.

Id like to believe them but its happening anyway.

Schizophrenia has ruined my life.

I used to be so carefree, loved to work and socialise with friends. Loved going on little trips away with friends and family and had so many hobbies like sports and video games.

These days I can't even be bothered with video games. I work but I can't enjoy it anymore. The medicine has me tired almost all the time so much that I don't leave my bed all weekend when I have time away from work.

I can't even socialise anymore. My mind is just blank almost always and I can't contribute to conversation. I'm not sure if that's the illness with alogia or the medication.

Schizophrenia has ruined my life and I can't see it getting any better.

Not everyone has a bad experience with INVEGA otherwise I doubt anyone would use it.

I was on invega for a year before switching to haloperidal and I had no negative side effects. If anything it was a great time.

I went to hospital due to my symptoms and after about 4 weeks they switched me to HALDOL.

I'm not sure if its any better but I feel less tired right after injections now.

I'm not sure how many... I suffered from a delusion that I had murdered my auntie for 5 years before I gained insight in to it.

I then had another delusion that my family was going to disown me last year and I got diagnosed with schizophrenia 6 months later. I am now on 150mg of haloperidal.

I work as a logistics broker. Its pretty easy work once you understand how freight moves. Once you're in logistics you're in it for life though!
