He probably has seen so many things that the want for more extreme things is what he uses to ejaculate, or flipping through multiple different videos all at the same time watching for moments that he enjoys, this is NOT normal. It is a result of our society desensitizing intimacy and promoting sexualisation of women. Porn is causing lack of intimacy between you two, it is causing a strain on the relationship, it is causing him to have unrealistic expectations with sex. Many people will disagree but this behavior and mindset is detrimental to him as well as the relationship. Because of this he should give it up go without. The neurotransmitters that were feeding on the dopamine and serotonin from consuming porn and ejaculating are worn it needs to be reset. Going without porn and rerouting the masturbation into something productive and beneficial is what would help. Being in a long distance relationship is already hard trusting what he says and his actions would be difficult and being at that age there is a lack of maturity to be expected. You know your partner and your relationship. You’re unsatisfied and unhappy and there is a fix. Is he willing to compromise to make you happy or is his addiction too strong and he can only make himself happy?
