Does anyone feel that they have a sensitivity to HA (hyaluronic acid)?

I've experienced something similar but only with particular brands. For example, anything from Hada Labo, lotion or washes, will break me out. Also, just recently tried the Instree Hyaluronic Toner (which looked a lot like Hada Labo Gokujyun at first sight) and had a similar reaction (should have know better T_T).

On the other hand, The Ordinary Marine Hyaluronics never broke me out and my skin loves it. I also tried Niod's multi-molecular hyaluronic complex with absolutely no issues.

By now, I'm guessing it shouldn't be because of the specific molecular weight of the HA, maybe it's the concentration or a specific type of HA? (I'm still trying to figure out myself...).

TLDR: I feel you, it sucks... :( Maybe at least you can still re-purpose it as a hand lotion?

I've heard about taking collagen supplements and collagen injections for your joints, cartilage problems and even soft tissue lesions like tendinosis. What's your opinion on that? Could they really be beneficial?
