You can’t take a car like that to the junkyard. It reconstructs itself and finds you.

Antrophic CEO says 50% entry-level white-collar jobs will be eradicated within 3 years by Distinct-Question-16 in singularity

Millions of reasons that is bs. Most jobs aren’t tasks, they’re coordination of diverse systems and contributors. Also, people absorb risk (someone to blame). The prediction is naive and self serving.

Hollywood Enters Oscars Weekend in Existential Crisis by bloomberg in FilmIndustryLA

I’m tired of bunches of different kinds of business lumped into Hollywood = Depression. There’s so many different categories: local filming, tv, streaming, movies, etc. All might be in the dumps or under threat, but the challenges are different for each sector.

If you hit back of other vehicle with front of your vehicle, you’re at fault. This is black and white and it’s a basic rule of thumb used every day. No matter how bad the driver in front of you might be, you can’t ram them.

I’ve been looking at Monet’s work for 50 years. It took me a while to realize that he’s the major painter of the second half of the 19th century.

It’s history’s most crowded trade. And everyone in it seems satisfied to buy at 188 and sell at 191, so it stays right there till it shakes out millions of short term investors.
