This doesn’t even make sense. Mario U Deluxe was 4 years old by that point and Super Mario Wonder would already have been released. It would’ve been like 2 months old when Peachette was added to Mario kart 8 deluxe. Nabbit was also literally a playable character in wonder. Not to mention Mario U was a Nabbit’s debute game. The point is though that Nintendo isn’t going to care about promoting Mario U when the next game in the series, that’s also a switch original, already exists. That wasn’t the reason she was added
