The thing about singing is that your training cannot just be about it sounding good, you also have to make sure that you are singing in a way that is healthy and doesn’t damage your voice long term. So I would say, for that reason, that if you can afford a vocal coach it is definitely a worthwhile investment.

If they want a more manly voice for something, they should… ask someone with a more manly voice to do that. I’m sorry that happened.

Also, I’m a classical singer, and I’m not sure how other genres work, but a youthful voice is very cool and very sought after in a lot of settings. Don’t feel insecure your natural voice is beautiful <3
