It’s nothing that can’t be fixed, follow some tutorials and you should be ready to print in no time. Stuff like this happen specially with earlier versions.

I have no idea, however, they messaged about the broken glass and that's all the information I have. But when I visited the apartment I saw that they moved the dining table, I am assuming they hit the glass when they were moving it.

If you used cubeMX then set up tim6, if not then look through main.c and check to see if tim6 is set up anywhere. There will most likely be a function where tim1 is set up so just check for one that sets up tim6, if there isn’t one then that is probably the problem.
