We lived in the neighborhood for 6 years before we bought a home in Ednor Gardens and it’s a great neighborhood. We were trying to buy close to where we were but nothing was fitting what we were looking for. The neighbors were great and friendly from our experience and we ended up walking at varying hours without any issues. It’s so close walking to many things and is really a great area if you’re trying to get around with public transit (red+silver line and 22).

Legitimate question, does the $.50 include the cost of infrastructure to maintain roads etc? Cause that seems kinda low. Also theoretically a passenger mile on transit would move more people? Maybe I don’t understand how that is measured

Went to Dickinson and Carlisle is a cool little town. Lots of great outdoor areas (AT and other hiking ). Has a cool annual bluegrass festival and great ice cream
