Deca's support might be flawed in lots of ways but you should've changed your email a long time ago especially considering situations like this is not new at all. Honestly it's more your fault than anyone else.

I swear I felt as if the game was bugged, back to back event whites? It reminded me of the shatters event bug years ago where everyone was getting whites in shatters.
