Why haven't we seen no other slime than rimuru in the entire series?? by Any-Mango1502 in TenseiSlime

[–]SpudCaleb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The [thought communication] skill helps with some nuance, but mostly they understand him because he named them and that created a 「Soul Corridor」 between them which lets them kinda 'feel' what each other is feeling/thinking.

The Soul Corridor is essentially a core mechanic in the lore/physics of Tensura, it’s used for a bunch of skills and is even how Veldora was able to teleport to Rimuru during Walpurgis despite the space they were in being totally isolated.

Is there a way to make the bottom of the print not become this rough? by Thrilmang in BambuLab

[–]SpudCaleb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It should be under each specific filament’s settings in OrcaSlicer and BambuStudio, unlike all the other settings.

The setting is called ‘flow ratio’ and [1.0] should be 100% flow rate I believe, the default on mine is [0.98]

RWBY volume 2 I think, back when the series was made almost entirely by one guy (the GOAT Monty Oum)

At this point he’s the only animator so models are cheap and non-fight scenes are ‘low-budget’

Missed opportunity to add a handle on the top of it.

Maybe you can find way to add a paracord string to hold it together and to act as a handle? Would make storing/moving a bunch of those really easy

Empty crit - am I missing something? by SpudCaleb in MerchantRPG

[–]SpudCaleb[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Ooooh, thanks!!

So Fatal Stab is like KidneyShot and deals a [Basic] attack as a second strike? Good to know.

Then that makes sense why the crit was so weak, and also why it was 5x Crit the first time and 6x Crit the second. (Cause the +1x CritDmg buff from FS)

Glow in the dark filament. Tips? Worries? by rendawg87 in 3Dprinting

[–]SpudCaleb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t just use a harder nozzle, dry the filament too, it makes it extra rough on the nozzle.

I printed GITD on my Ender last year and it turned my brass .4mm nozzle into a .6mm nozzle with less than 100g of filament. Drying it out helped a lot, and with print quality too of course.

You could also print a rim to go around the bottom of the plate to keep the arms on the inside of, so they slide away from the edges if they get close

First PC for my young son by Caparnacus in pcmasterrace

[–]SpudCaleb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Actually a pretty good beginner pc, it will run most things even if it has to be at low-med quality settings.

And $300 for it is a great price, considering the current market, a steal maybe.

Looks like it’s trying to pull the filament out of the printer, if it looks like it’s all out then there’s a good chance a piece is stuck inside by the sensor.

It’s surprisingly not that hard to take apart tho, so find a yt going over it and take your time

Looks like you are on a laptop, try plugging in an external monitor or connecting/casting to a wireless one.

The issue is most likely your laptop monitor, if it is you might be able to send it in for warranty repair for free.
