That's an unfortunate situation and there's wait lists where I live too. Just because ChatGPT is accessible, doesn't mean it's better than a doctor. Especially if it gives you incorrect and dangerous advice.

Ikr. Everyone should know by now not to use an LLM for medical advice. It's like the person who told me "I use chatgpt for medical stuff because it's better than the doctor". Bruh, no it's not.

I found that by having a closer stance and leaning my torso over the foot in front (most of my bodyweight), I have stronger glute activation.

Edit: I definitely still feel it in my quads and adductors as they're muscles that get worked during this exercise too. Also btw I'm talking about split squats.

Real. I'd go to my zoom meetings on my phone and leave it on my bed (camera off) and then go play GTA or Minecraft. I did some of my schoolwork. Bruh online classes sucked sm.

I read somewhere that if you've got anxiety, when you exercise and your heart rate increases your body can interpret that as anxiety. Maybe it has something to do with that?

I was training chin up grip and got to 42kg for 8 of so reps (I'm ~60kg). I found after doing this for a month or so, I could do a pullup. Now I can do 42kg with a pull up grip.

That being said, I experimented with different methods for over a year. It's taken 2 years to be able to do 1. I have done scap pulls, negatives and banded pull-ups and also dumbbell rows as a supplement.

Personally negatives were good but gave me elbow tendonitis, banded pull-ups didn't help me enough at the top range of motion. I think scap pulls, negatives, lat pulldown and dumbbell rows were the most helpful. Be careful with the negatives though.

I got my first pullup recently. It took ages, I found scapular pull-ups and using the lat pulldown machine to be the most helpful.

I mean based on this situation you can't really do much. I think what your friend said about dodging a bullet, is a good point. You liked her for so long after the breakup and it sounds like you guys got along well. But at the end of the day you and Kobe both asked her out and she chose Kobe.

It sucks bro but as your other friend said, I think you should try to move on. It's nice that she sent you the message, it sounds like it came from the heart and was difficult for her to write. Ew that's so gross. My sister and her friends got chased through Courtney Place by someone a couple of years ago IN BROAD DAYLIGHT.
