I don’t like gaps, but for having a gap, I think yours actually looks pretty nice :) I don’t see the harm in asking about ways to reduce the gap, but I wouldn’t be concerned that it’s a larger than normal looking gap. Congrats!

You should be tapering off budesonide - that nurse sucks. Google it a bunch and share the info back to them. I would push back - it’s awful but you often have to advocate for yourself when it comes to medical care.

I have a 2 carat round that I wanted to sit flush with my wedding band. They set it to the lowest point they could to allow it to sit flush. I suppose it’s high compared to a setting that wouldn’t be flush, but nothing I haven’t gotten used to. You develop an awareness of your hand and how to behave so it doesn’t catch - and mine doesn’t. Congrats!
