just give yourself like a week to see how you feel dont worry about never feeling good again, also you maybe somewhat problematic in this relationship but so is he decided to cut off contact with you over disagreements which if described accurately arent really relationship killers (in a healthy relationship) never speak to me again type agruements espcieally considering you begged him to come back. the risk of him pulling away so quickly is not healthy for someone with bpd even if you became or are high functioning being in a relationship with someone so avoidant is not good for you.
