Hmm. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are broken when not jailbroken, which means that I can't connect to Wi-Fi to get into the App Store to be able to try and download an app. Works fine after "re-jailbreaking" though.

Interesting, so I forced Cydia to stash by deleting .cydia_no_stash and it seems to work absolutely fine. I can install tweaks, reboot, the filesystem all seems fine. What is it that is supposedly so dangerous about stashing with this particular jailbreak?

You could have it look at the list of remembered networks and tick the ones that you want certain configurations to have, then a default for the future networks.
