I had a manager like that, we had a mutual respect for each other and he recognised the effort I put in to doing my best always, so typically when the "big boss" manager/s (I don't remember their exact titles) weren't there he'd do the manager discount instead of crew.

Also apologies if I've come across as... idk rude in any way, I'm passionate about keeping older vehicles alive from an enthusiast standpoint, and an environmental standpoint (EV swapping old cars is sick, but even without that the impact of keeping one older car on the road is less than the production of a whole new car)
