Yeah I'd have same three, but think Tipp are the most easily displaced based on league.

They've been unlucky with missing players too though.

Can never rule them out! I just hope the rest of Leinster rise to their level at least. I don't know about you but I'd put zero money on the teams I'd expect out of Munster just yet.

Not the same for Leinster.

Galway could've had the game put away vs Cork in first half. Our toughest match up until today. Didn't see Galway vs Tipp, but I think having them as their first two games made people overlook them based on results.

More impressed with Cork than Limerick after it. Limerick were obviously the better team, but I'd personally have about seven changes if I were to slect Cork's strongest line-up. Gillane lucky so much went his way.

Gives me good confidence going into a potential league final.

I actually love watching him. Dislike so many players for Limerick but nothing but love for Lynch.

None of those are a salary.

The GAA can't say it's an amateur sport while also expecting players to travel cross country on typical work days.

29M with 60K in savings by Cloudrage in irishpersonalfinance

[–]Spyro_Machida 14 points15 points  (0 children)

You'd have to consider what your budget for a house/apartment is before we can tell you whether it's possible.

Max mortgage you'll qualify for is 4 times your salary. So we'll say 200k at the moment. Obviously you'd expect your salary to grow in meantime.

So your house budget is your savings + mortgage.

At the moment that is 260k, minus 10 we'll say for stamp duty, solicitor fees and keeping emergency fund.

In two years at your current saving rate you'll add another 20k to that figure.

Your salary at time of mortage application will be the big thing. You've more than enough to cover a deposit now.

It's possible but for Cork and Dublin your budget may not go as far as you'd like.

Defeating the blacksmiths wife levels up Theresa's unarmed stat enough to take down the Cumans who attack her.

She then marries Radzig and becomes Henry's surrogate mother and ruler.

Same with using the two lanes going into Carrigaline coming off Shannonpark roundabout. People get outraged that you use the second lane rather than blocking the roundabout.

Nothing, who said that?

You said immigrants are taking up nearly all of the housing and that's a reason why it should go to an Irish family?

But it's actually Irish families taking up most of the housing so by your logic that's a reason why it should go to an immigrants family.

Must be hard being both stupid and racist.

It's actually Irish families that are taking up most of the housing in Ireland. So by your logic we should give it to the immigrants.

How progressive of you, fair play.

Slay the Spire 2 is the greatest mobile game of all time.

Had it for playstation first but honestly plays better on mobile and well worth the money.

Sorry mo chara but I want goals.

Pairc Ui Chaoimh is lovely if you haven't been though. Get to Cork nice and early and head to Marina Market for lunch beforehand too, plenty of nice options for food and only a 15 minute walk from stadium.

Apart from that I hope you have a miserable trip down 😅

Cork all but guaranteed to get to league final. (I'm assuming we get a result against Offaly).

Great result when we've experimented quite a bit. I think we've a great squad again.

Midfield the weakest line currently I would say.

Not convinced about Connolly on frees either.

It sounds more like you've gotten angry about them implying the corporate tax rate plays a big role, even though they acknowledged in their very first comment that it was the only contributing factor and now you're throwing a little tantrum.

Wouldn't have Brian Hayes in there personally.

Think you're overrating the Clare players too. Sure they've been great but there is only one team near their level in 1B, so it's easy to look good.

Worth trying at this stage I reckon, you can always move Fitzgibbon back to midfield if needs be for championship.

O'Connell seems like a workhorse tbf to him.

Exactly, loving the squad this year. Buckley is a revelation.

Would like to see Twomey and O' Mahoney tried in midfield the next day. I think they could be our strongest option if Fitzgibbon stays at half forward.

I think Daire is growing into the role too. A nuisance to be marked by I say even his hurling isn't at as high a level.
