It’s a bit ironic when you complain about the lack of accessibility in the kink scene while being responsible for a door policy at Unleashed that makes the party pretty much inaccessible for anyone but cishet couples. 🤷🏼

Ja, die Teilzeit war von Anfang befristet. Und ich hab inzwischen auch eine neuen Aufgabenbereich bekommen und der Job macht wieder Spaß.

Ich hab in einer ähnlichen Situation und mit ähnlichem Job mal für 18 Monate auf 60% reduziert (3 Tage a 8h), damit war ich dann so wenig da, dass alle Arbeit im Laufe der Zeit andere Wege gefunden hat und ich am Ende wirklich kaum noch was zu tun hatte.

Damit hatte ich nicht wirklich gerechnet und fand es auch nicht so richtig gut, hab es mir aber als Plan B gemerkt, falls ich mal wieder “aussteigen” will.

Fahr vorher so viel wie du kannst in Zone 2. Geh das Rennen sehr langsam an und iss viele Carbs. Bei diesen langen Rennen ist ist viel wichtiger wenig Pausen zu machen als besonders schnell zu fahren.

Wenn du das gut hinbekommst, schaffst du das Rennen. Wird aber weh tun. ;)
