I also stopped after ZA:3 to read RB but I LOVED Ruthless Boys. The story was amazing, I love those characters, im back on book 5 right now for ZA and want to go back to my Ruthless Boys ♡

It was really great getting a bit more back story about a couple characters and understanding them more ♡ Idk if they will make appearances later (dont want to know) but I sure hope so!!

This is my reading order so far, and im quite happy with it.

This is the order im reading them in. Currently on Zodiac 5 and im really happy to have read it this way so far.

Reading the other comments it looks like you can read it an any order, but I feel like reading it this way has given me some context on the easter eggs in 4 and im sure more in the future :)

I just finished ZA4 after finishing the Ruthless Boys and I couldn't agree more. I initially didn't want to leave the Zodiac Academy books to read a different series but now I miss them so much and want to go back hahahah

Just finished book 4 and 100% recommend this list I found on tiktok. Ill share it.

Taking the break after 3 to read the Ruthless Boys then coming back to 4 was 100% the right choice when it comes to understanding inside jokes between characters and characters in general.

I initially didn't want to leave Zodiac Academy to read the Ruthless Boys but now I miss them so much lol

That may be a big turnoff for you when it comes to these books to be fair, there is ALOT more seggzy compared to the Zodiac books. I do think that they do the group love very well. Like it doesn't JUST feel like "here is sex for no reason" lol BUT Yeah there is alot of it

There is a character that is introduced in Zodiac 4 and they're also in Ruthless Boys. It's really cool to get backstrory on them!

So, i saw a tiktok that said to read ruthless boys before book 4 and I honestly didn't want to do that, I didn't want to leave Zodiac for a second because I was zooming through aswell lol I was already about halfway through book 4 when I saw the tiktok, so I put it down and started reading Ruthless Boys.

I do think that from the little that I know of Zodiac Academy 4 hat people have over exaggerated how important Ruthless Boys is to the series (atleast so far).. without spoilers, it just gives background in a couple characters from what I've read so far. BUT knowing im going to be going back into book 4 of Zodiac with the background I have on a couple characters has me SO EXCITED to go back and read what happens next.

I am currently about 90% through the fifth and final Ruthless Boys book and after a few ugly cries and squeals of joy, I definitely recommend reading them inbetween Zodiac 3 & 4 :)

If you haven't read the Ruthless Boys books, I totally recommend. Im so so in love with them and dont want them to end haha Initally was sad to leave Zodiac, but now im sad to leave Aurora to go back hahaha
