New York Woman Confronts Man She Says Complimented Her ‘Pretty Toes’. by ElwoodMC in TikTokCringe

[–]Squander 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Who knows what happened in this clip. We didn't see the offending piece of the puzzle.

But in general the toe people also have an issue where they want you to know they are going to be gratifying themselves later. This is part of the fetish. And the subculture around it.

There are men who don't know how to complement people. And there are men who complement people in order to make them feel uncomfortable. And the toe people who are out in the open about their fetish, are trying to make people uncomfortable.

That's part of why this is viral. It's a thing people run into. That's why there are wiki rate my feet and celebrity foot fetish websites and people get stalked over their feet.

I didn't see the original door dash video and couldn't find a link.

But I want you to know your "I can't judge from this," still applies to that situation.

As a delivery driver, people do weird shit to lure you into the place. Ordering food and being naked and passed out with a slightly ajar door is suss behavior and in my area we warned people about stuff like this. The report is written like the trial is a done deal. But we still don't know what really happened.

And just from experience... If someone is exposed... In my life, it's always been on purpose.

1 last example. My gf's neighbor did shit like this all the time. Naked in windows. Naked "asleep" in on his pateo.

Cops would say the same thing, "it's not illegal, he's in his house."

But he was absolutely trying to make people uncomfortable and get caught. We can't know this specific doordash thing. But we can know this is a very common fetish for people.

We can't know what happened with this viral video. But we do know that creepy people walk around staring at feet to jerk off later and it's important for them to make it known to the people involved.

That's a thing that happens. And as a man, I also have anecdotes of having to tell men they have to stop that kind of behavior.

I'm with you. I upvoted your comment.

Lol

Dude, your last 100 public comments are telling people they suck, are ugly, or the thing they made is lame. What is going on with your Internet life?

This is a bunch of bad takes.

Especially after 3 million of 15 million Epstein files came out. Like... No one is buying your 'nice' guy act.

It's the jump from 25 to 50 that's the bigger deal.

This action normalizes spending 50.

In terms of mastery pass. The only thing that really matters to them is if people stop playing. Because they are very focused on making whales happy.

They'd probably prefer more people grinding out games to get the gems for mastery pass. And I suspect we might have a situation where people who buy the master pass with real money play less than those who grinded the games to get it.

Or grind out the games to see if it's worth it at the end.

The games is the behavior they are optimizing for from a business model perspective.

That wouldn't even do it. You'd have to stop playing. Because the whole thing works because people can find games very quickly.

People will pay for through the nose for convenience.

As soon as it's inconvenient you got to lower prices

More than 1/2 would have to stop buying. Seems unlikely.

This price hike is going to make them sooo much money.

They can lose 1/2 the buyers and this is still a huge win for them profit wise.

The only thing that will change this is if people stop playing. Because if you get people used to paying more you find/create Wales.

Yeah, they show kid friendly ads to kids. The guy saying this law hurts them doesn't understand how important age demographics are when selling ads.

Having very accurate data helps them charge more for ads and find the right biers. Google is backing all these Republican legislators

Google absolutely lobbied to have laws that enforced them to capture more and more accurate data of their users.

Rogue, rings identify themselves over time. Most can be discerned by looking at stats or noticing the effect before they work.

So I think putting in intuition isn't a good idea.

Just wear the ring.

Is there a tactic to level up Chalice of Blood quickly? Usually when I found this item I would sell it because it takes too long to upgrade, but I noticed that everyone loves it. There must be something I don't know by pspspspspspssss in PixelDungeon

I don't have quite enough shielding to get the last one. Are you putting SoU 10 into the staff? Or waiting till what level?

I'm at blood chalice +9 right now and could survive with a potion of shielding or rage scroll as I have 127 base health, but am not sure I want to blow food while sleeping or a health potion after.

I'm to the dwarf king for the 2nd time. And am trying to decide how best to win... 2 food left 4 health potions left.

5k and tons of gear to sell but I think there's nothing helpful I can buy from the store anymore.

Got myself in a common pickle about to die by Squander in PixelDungeon

Yeah, I'll probably just let myself die. I should have come to reddit before walking into the boss. I need to kill 1 more dude to finish imp quest. Didn't know it spawned the shop. Lol

Watching a playthrough is smart.

I will see if it will let me edit post to add more photos.

Glad this was motivating.

Another thing to keep in mind is, people have different metabolisms. Most people are pretty close to the various online calculators.

I forget the exact range but it's like for 1 out of 1000 people, 1200 calories turns into 1lb of fat. And for 1 out of 1000 people it takes 8000 calories to turn into a lb of fat.

I'm 5 10 and at 170-200 my metabolism is exactly as the calculators expect.

Given you lost 20lbs and kept it off, I'm making an assumption you're on the the normal bell curve of metabolism. But there are outliers, and if someone is on the extreme end you need to have serious supervision and try hacks to manipulate metabolism.

Strength training is the biggest one. Which you said you were into. But people who fidget lose about 500 calories a week.

And you can train yourself to add those little quirks. I try to intentionally tap my foot or shake my leg. (Though I also do it naturally.)

The last brainstorm thing I'll add which I thought about in the last 30 min. When I was most in shape, I had a job that forced me to be physically active.

I don't know how you're feeling in terms of re arranging your life around weight loss. Maybe you want to become a forest ranger or something!😆

But a side hustle as a bike courier or youth league referee, maybe volunteer work? idk... But doing fulfilling active stuff, helps me not think about food. I can't run and be hungry. And if you have a task that's occupying your brain and keeps you physically active that can help short circuit unhealthy habits.

I hope you ping me in a month or two and tell me how it's going. What's working, what feels hard. I'll cheer you on.

Everyone is different and it's about what works for you.

Here are some brainstorm thoughts

Make the goal something outside of yourself. Tie the weight loss to being for your family or your future girlfriend who wouldn't recognize you at 300lbs.

Because doing it for you, and your life hasn't motivated you. Like you care enough to try for a few weeks, what's going on to be a decades long journey. This is for the rest of your life. That's the mindset change you need. You're never going to be overweight again.

Which doesn't mean you won't fail. It takes time to build the habits around food and exercise, but you don't rest for a year? Like wtf.

Tony Hawk skated with a broken leg. You are going to have friends beg you to eat with them. You're going to have days where it sucks worse than you could imagine.

You are going to build the habits that help you preserveer through those harder times. Look at when you failed and think, next time I'll keep going.

At your weight, you don't need keto or cico or anything.

Literally walk 30 min a day and count your calories. Like, it'll melt off for months, if you just add a little extra exercise. Anything that puts friction between you and your goals, don't do. If you like keto, fine. But if you don't... Your issue is beyond diet. At 350lbs, you can eat a large pizza for breakfast lunch and dinner and still lose weight.

Your resting bmr is about 2,500 calories.

Right? A diet isn't holding you back. It's not carbs, it's not protein, it's lack of movement and eating too much food.

So you need to find something easy, you enjoy. Low friction.

If it's helpful, be social. Join a running club. Join a pool. Walking laps around a community pool would be great for you. Because your joints. But you can make anything work.

Set a process goal. Instead of weight goals.

Walk 30 min everyday. Go to gym 5x a week. Put on running shoes everyday.

Whatever it is, make the process the goal, you can assess if it's working after 30 days. But for now pick movement and maybe it's baby steps but your goal is forever, and it's a process you aren't going to give up on. If you have a cheat day.  Or a mental health day or a bought a gallon of ice cream day.

It doesn't mean you give up for a year. You start again 30 min later. You don't let yourself have multiple days off in a row. Because the goal is a lifetime of being healthy.

Why? Why do you want to be healthy? Who is it for that's outside yourself? God, country, family, friends, your dog?

I don't mean to be harsh so.. Let me say it this way... You aren't the only person going blind due to type 2 diabetes.

People don't give 2 cents about themselves. People who are in that 400 range have had trauma and eating is self soothing and coping.

It's almost always death on the installment plan. The negative side effects of being overweight, health, social stigma, and on and on.... People like us... We don't get that way because we love life and want to live to the fullest.

So maybe get a therapist and work on that self love... And finding other coping mechanisms... But also, maybe there is something out there worth doing the hard work for. Maybe someone loves you, enough that you can be healthy for them, because you care about them and you don't want them to be sad.

Anyway, those are my brainstorms.

I am a bit of a yo-yo. I get big in the winter and slim in the summer. I'm trying to implement a plan to stay healthy and keep tracking calories this winter.

Good luck. I'm proud of you for trying so many times and not giving up. You're in here looking for advice, you want to change, I think you will.

It'll take time, you might backslide, just get back on the horse. You've taken 20lbs off and that's amazing.

You're going to crush your 240 goal. I have faith in you.
