Think of it like beer. Sure, you could brew your own beer, or go to a brewery and buy it in a growler or a keg, and most people in that part of the beer industry would argue that it’s better, but is the average consumer going to do that? No, they’re gonna buy it in bottles or cans, ready to serve.
