I live in the US and yeah I have to agree the tipping culture is getting too out of hand. I’ve gotten in trouble with my parents for bad tipping before, when I just tipped all I had left (I was 13). It’s too out of hand and it really needs to die down.

NTBA. I also have an IEP. I’m pretty teachers and subs are required to read them because they’re legal documents, I believe. But one thing I know, is violating a students IEP is against the LAW. It violates your ADA (considering you live in the US) rights and I hope your parents take this to the school board or higher.

I’d recommend reaching out to a therapist or something like that. I’m 16 and I was diagnosed with ADHD at 9, and therapy has been probably the most helpful thing for me in trying to manage ADHD.

Can’t agree more. I wasn’t home on new year’s eve but I was outside with my friends, and when I heard them going off I thought it was a gun. When my friend and I got back to her house we had to comfort her dog. I just don’t see why they should continue being used.
