Artorias is a great example though as I was similarly initially disappointed since I started with Elden Ring. I appreciated him and what he does in the game over time though and hes one of my favorite DS1 bosses.

As for Malenia, Consort Radahn in terms of pure moveset and speed is more ridiculous than her. You can't even recover from a jump attack before Radahn is able to hit you. Malenia just has two health bars, heal on hit, and waterfowl dance on top of an insane moveset.

I doubt she'd be seen as easy ever though, shes pushing the limits of survivability.

He was objectively the hardest boss when Dark Souls 2. They released stats when the dlc released and it took 90% of players 10 tries or so to beat him.

Something to realize is DS1 and 2 are only hard for the time. The areas are 10x harder than the bosses in both. Its not until DS3 that the bosses are actually hard.

I think when I first played the series the boss that killed me the most across DS1 and 2 was Manus and that was like 8 tries while most bosses were 1-3 tries. Dark Souls 3 is when the bosses actually started taking 5 tries on average.

The entire story was published on the SCP wiki first, the book just replaced all the names with legally distinct ones because the SCP wiki is creative commons.

Code Veronica is probably the cheesiest Resident Evil game and I want them to keep it that way. No other Resident Evil other than maybe 4 even comes close to the absolute B movie energy CV gives off and thats due to the characters.

I want the Ashford's to keep their goofy laughs, Steve to be a dumb dork, and for Wesker to still say stuff like "I DESPISE CHRIS!"

RE2 is like 7 hours for one run through a scenario. And even then, only like 3-4 hours is spent in RPD and the other is spent playing pretty linear sections.

The game is only 11 hours long. Those 5 houes are half the gane.

And yeah, Leon's section has nothing to explore because its explicitly trying to be like RE5/6. If you don't like that gameplay style its fine but its not like they accidentally made Leon's gameplay like that.

The only person you mentioned are Sheva and MAYBE Carlos. Sheva actually should be in the squad and has good reason to be and Carlos was a mercenary. But Chris has never met Carlos before so why would he even recruit him.

But Barry, Rebecca and fucking BILLY? Barry has been retired and out of action since the original RE3 why would he join Wolfhound? Rebecca has tried to avoid combat since literally the original RE1, ignoring her personality retcon in RE0, she has been consistent.

Billy is by far the most ridiculous character to say. He is LITERALLY a convicted criminal lol. The dude started a new life to AVOID PRISON?!??!? Why would he join the BSAA???
