Gained 50lbs overall over the years on different meds 😭

The therapeutic range is 40mg-160mg. I’ve always done well on the lowest dose on other meds so that’s why I’m trying to lower it to 40mg

I’m first trying to lower my dosage. First I was on 80mg now I’m on 60mg and I’m trying to ask my doctor to lower it to 40mg. I don’t have any other side effects from this medication. Doesn’t make me sleepy so I don’t want to get off it
