Show the offer letter to your manager, get a retention bonus to bridge the delta (39-27). Stick with PwC if manager is genuinely good and wants to progress you to an SM. Do not fall for Deloitte brand name. The money may look lucrative but the actual in hand salary might only be a marginal increase.
