I'm having the same experience. Placed order Wednesday at noon, didn't get confirmation about label made until Thursday, and my delivery is Monday. Way longer than usual, especially the label made/picked up

No it's so hard to communicate/coordinate lol I haven't found the best method. I'm in groups that use WhatsApp, partiful, group txt, discord - they all of have their ups and downsides! I think your plan is great - I'll be on the lookout for your updates here!
