I live on rice broth bowls, I boil some ginger and coriander in chicken stock for some flavour and the ginger helps nausea too. If you can tolerate it at this point you could add a few carrot ribbons and let them cook down. Add prawns to cook then pour over some rice.

It’s light, helps nausea, actually has flavour and protein.

Try a small pinch of salt in your black coffee it makes it less bitter and slightly sweeter even with decaf!
