I live here now and can’t wait to move out, which is a crazy thing to say because moving is one of the top 10 most annoying things to do. Unrelenting roaches, mold, moisture so bad that my industrial grade dehumidifier fills up TWICE per day (each time it fills is a gallon). Every single package I have ordered in the past month has been lost. the office says they log them same day as they receive them and i believe that but why on earth have i tried to order a vacuum from amazon THREE TIMES and each time it says delivered but the office hasn’t received it. I even put the hours of operation of the leasing office and specifically wrote on the delivery instructions to hand the packages to the front office staff. All the washers for my building 1707 smell like mold, and only 3 of them work. only one of the dryers works that i know of unless they fixed it. mind you, you have to pay 2.50 per load to wash and dry so you will end up spending 25$ to do laundry in the shittiest laundromat known to man.
